If you follow this site closely you know that I had a motorcycle accident a few months ago. I always wear a helmet, even if I am riding in a state that has no helmet laws like Texas.  I don't think a helmet law should be mandatory, I think we should have the right to make bad decisions by not wearing a helmet, but you won't catch me without a helmet on my head.
